I. General Terms
- Please, make sure to read all of the TOS. By paying me for a commission, you accept all terms and conditions stated here.
- I have the right to refuse a commission without a reason.
- All drawings will include a signature that you may not remove
-This TOS may be subject to change at any time without notice. Changes will not be applied retroactively.
- Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.
- Please be aware that by commissioning me, you are buying a digital good and no physical items will be shipped at your address.II. Process and Delivery
- After the first payment, I will start working on the sketch. Once the sketch is approved, I will start to add colors.
- Work in progress will only be given if the commissioner personally asks for it, or if I wonder something about the commission.
- If you wish for me to change something in the drawing you have previously approved, I will charge you a fee to change it. The amount of the extra charge depends on the change you want me to make and is usually based on an hourly wage.
- A fee will be added if you want something changed on the final drawing - unless, of course, it was a mistake based on my misunderstanding.
- At the end, you will receive the commissioned work in high resolution, in JPG or PNG (as you prefer). Original (Clipstudio files) won't be provided.III. Contact and Communication
- Discussion of commission can be conducted via e-mail at [email protected] or Discord Chat at Souille#3715 .
- Communication between the artist and the client will be held through whatever means the commission process has been started. Please do not change the contact methods midway.
- Please write in a clear and nice manner. If possible, please include some reference pictures (it will help me get a better vision of what you want).IV. Prices and Payment
- All Prices are in USD and payment will be taken through Paypal.
- Base prices are subject to change without notice. Commissions initiated before price updates are not affected.
- Commissions will be either paid in fully upfront or 50% upfront and 50% at the end.
- I will not begin your commission before receiving any payment and will not release the final piece until I have received the full payment.
- Don't send me any payment before I have agreed to complete your commission and request you to send me the payment via a paypal invoice.
- If a client takes advantage of the prepayment rough sketch by taking it and never following with the full commission, the client will be blacklisted.V. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- If the commission is cancelled (by me or the client) before work has started, then the client will receive a full refund.
- If the client cancels the commission during progress, the amount refunded will be on a case-by-case basis and up to the artist’s discretion.
- No refunds will be given for completed or nearly completed commissions.
- I, the artist, reserves the right to cancel a commission at any time, for any reason, and without explanation. If I cancel the commission due to my inability to complete it at any state, a full refund will be given.VI. Copyright/Usage Policy
- I, the artist, retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork. The client may not claim it as their own or use it for anything other than personal use.
-All commissioned artwork is for non-commercial purposes only. Redistribution of my artwork for commercial use, such as printed merchandise or as promotion of goods, services or social media pages is strictly prohibited. (If you have any questions about this, ask me before commissioning me.)
- The client has my permission to repost the artwork wherever they would like, as long as they credit me and my watermark/signature remains intact and unaltered.
- I reserve the right to display work in progress, process videos and the final artwork anywhere to my liking. This includes my social media; my portfolio and anywhere else to promote myself, but also books, courses, etc.
- It is prohibited to alter the artwork without my consent
- If you file a chargeback against me, your right to the artwork will be retracted. You will also be blacklisted and reported.Thank you for your interest in my artwork.
